Bio: 

After coming home from school one day Jack Rowan asked his parents if he could start boxing. So at the age of 11 he went to Fitzroy Lodge and has never looked back since. Over the course of fighting he has competed with some of the the best at his weights - national champions, and England reps. He believes this has served well - 'I keep gaining constructive criticism and experience in which I continue to learn from and improve from. One day it'll prove helpful when its my turn to win a national title.'

My first fight back after a 16 month back injury which at points I thought was never going to go. By far my most memorable moments were the grin while stepping into the ring and the even bigger grin walking out with a win in the NABC championships.

Answer: 
Carry on fighting and gaining experience for the future and one day represent my country. Depending on how the future turns out, turning pro is defiantly an option.
