Dennis started his boxing career at Nemesis ABC when he was 15. After 5 successful seasons at the South East London club he took a break from the sport to concentrate on his studies. Taking 18 months out Dennis is now back and boxing at Double Jab ABC.

Best moment in boxing?
Answer: 
2008 Junior Novices. In the SE divs I won the first bout, then had two hours rest and boxed against the local boy I stopped him in the third round.

Worst moment in boxing?
Answer: 
In France back in 2011. Halfway through the second round I was winning easily and then started getting warnings for rolling under shots and got disqualified. My coach was going mad, I should never have got disqualified.

Kofi Donkor, very good fighter body sparred hundreds of rounds with him, learned a lot from him. Luke Gibb, he’s had over 80 bouts and been on GB, very nice lad and fittest fighter I know. Assim Malik, he's a junior trains very hard. I used to spar his big brother Nabeel Malik. Both very good fighters.

Only been here since September but from what I see, Machi Mwambazi a young 17 year old lad who’s up there every single night training. And Marnie Swindells, she just stopped her opponent the other day.
